Due to fluctuating gold prices, all prices are subject to change at time of purchase.
We ship out all online orders from our Houston store via USPS Priority Mail. At checkout, your estimated shipping timeline will be calculated based on your delivery address. We try our best to fulfill orders same day, but it is not guaranteed.
If you would like expedited shipping, please email us at email@example.com to arrange for a quicker shipping method.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is the return policy for online purchases?
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, J. Landa will accept exchanges or returns for items bought online. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-sellable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you would like to make a return please email us for a return authorization at: firstname.lastname@example.org (no refund will be granted without return authorization).

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service to return your items to us, as we cannot be responsible for items which do not reach us.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your jewelry. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier & retain your receipt. J. Landa is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping is not refundable.
A few select pieces may not be returnable, if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

We will gladly ship internationally, but customers are responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment once it reaches the destination country.
Can I return a gift?
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
What is your repair policy?
We will repair any design purchased through jlandajewelry.com – a small repair fee may be charged depending on the date of purchase and extent of repair. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.
I have a discount code. What can I use it on?
Discount codes can be used on regularly priced items. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
