Our First Year in River Oaks!

It's hard to believe it's already been a year in our new boutique in River Oaks! We opened the doors to the new shop on June 20th, 2020, leaving the location that I had called home for 20+ years in Rice Village.

Opening a new store during a pandemic wasn't ideal, to say the least, but the new space is filled with so much natural light and calming energy, it's hard not to be excited working in this chic new space. I have so much to be thankful for - so let's get into it! 

I can't talk about this new space without thanking design mastermind Dennis Brackeen of Dennis Brackeen Design Group/Moxie Interiors (who also designed my Rice Village boutique). Dennis brought the new store to life with plaster walls, beautiful light hardwoods, museum-quality lighting and custom armoires repurposed as jewelry showcases. I wanted to soften the color palette and introduce a neutral, chic aesthetic so the jewelry could take center stage, and Dennis delivered. Thank you, Dennis!

And, of course, a HUGE thank you goes out to all the clients (old and new) that continued to shop online and in store during 2020. You helped our online business grow exponentially, something we've been working on for years. We have loved getting "messy" with you the past year. Creating personalized #neckmesses and jewelry stories is what we're all about!  

This new store and location seem to be more aligned with my vision than ever before - and I have to thank my vendors and design team. I've developed 20+ year relationships with vendors from all over the world whom I trust dearly, and they've worked with me to create exclusive designs for my clients. And thank you to my Houston design team who handle all my production and repairs – they are the backbone to my business. They make my ideas come to life.  Each piece is made by hand with lots and lots of love. 

Last but not least, a BIG THANK YOU to my fabulous and stylish team. If you've stepped into the store, you've met some of my girls (and seen their personal #neckmess), and they've likely helped elevate your personal jewelry style. We're a small but mighty group who truly love what we do. We believe in the true meaning of jewelry and how it makes you feel!  We take your vision seriously.
